Who’s Who

SAW initiates, facilitates and supports conversations intended
  • to move participants toward a deeper personal wholeness in relation to their work, to themselves and others, and to the Holy.
  • to help them discover how to bring all of themselves to work: their minds, hearts, spirits and souls
  • to create a safe, hospitable context in which the exploration of spirituality and work can occur.

More about our Philosophy and Assumptions

Our conversations are for people who desire to connect what they do with who they are and what they believe; they are for

  • people of any faith tradition
  • people who may have no faith tradition but are open to What Is present beyond themselves
  • people who are experiencing transition or crisis at work and want to incorporate the spiritual dimension into their thinking about work
